TJ Snook graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He began working for UEC in 2010 while working on his degree and became a full-time employee immediately after graduation. Mr. Snook is licensed professional engineer in the state of Florida, PE #83208, and holds a certification from the Post Tension Institute (PTI) has a level 2 unbonded post tension inspector, ID # 01283040.
Mr. Snook has experience on projects of all sizes that include structural restoration, re-roofing, waterproofing, painting, guardrail replacement and window and sliding glass door replacement. Mr. Snook is responsible for all aspects of a project from start to finish. That includes computer aided drafting, conducting building condition surveys, preparing reports and project budgets, writing project specific specifications and bid documents, conducting on-site project inspections, acting as the Owner’s Representative, maintaining project budgets and providing administration throughout a project.
Mr. Snook is also active with the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
Mr. Longman is a Professional Engineer and Project Manager for United Engineering Consultants. With the company since 2012, Mr. Longman’s career has focused on the structural repair and waterproofing of existing structures. His responsibilities include structural evaluation, design of repair plans and corrosion mitigation programs, producing project specifications and bid documents, administration of the bid process and project management and inspections during the construction phase.
Mr. Longman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. He also holds a Professional Engineer License in the State of Florida and a Level 2 unbonded post tension inspector certification from the Post Tension Institute (PTI). Member affiliations also include American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
Kristina Berisha joined United Engineering Consultants team in 2017. She is our Business Manager. As point of contact for condominium board members, property managers, and contractors she helps facilitate all aspects of a project from the start to the finish.
Kristina Berisha grew up in Flagler Beach. Upon graduating high school, she attended the University of Florida, where she graduated with a B.S. in Business Finance. She has been in the engineering business, specializing in high rise remediation since 2007. She has over 10 years of extensive filed experience and training. Her experience includes over $250 million of restoration construction projects and she has worked on over 600 condominiums from Brevard County to St. Johns County. Her vast knowledge and experience allows her to assist condominium board members to make well informed decisions. She has helped numerous boards obtaining financing by connecting them to local sources for loans for projects which allowed the association to forego large assessments to owners to complete necessary work.
Kristina resides in Daytona Beach and is a member of several local social and charity organizations.
