Timothy Snook graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2011 and joined United Engineering as a full time Engineer-in-Training.

Previously, T.J. worked with experienced managers on restoration projects while interning with UEC. His notable project completions include; Tradewinds restoration project in St Augustine, managing the Georgian Inn Beach Club roof replacement, major restoration projects at Oceans Six and Oceans Ten, Sea Club 4 and Gemini Condominiums.

T.J. is a Daytona Beach native with a strong hometown network from 3 generations in Daytona Beach. T.J’s Father has worked as an Electrician and member of the Ormond Beach Fire Department for over 18 years. T.J. is a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, The American Concrete Institute and the American society of Civil Engineers.


Mr. Longman graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engieering in 2011 and joined United Engineering Consultants in 2012 as a Project Engineer. While pursuing his education, he served as an intern with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from August 2010 to August 2011 where he reviewed permitting issues and site analysis. Since joining United Engineering Chris has managed some of the largest and most challenging projects; Bluegreen Daytona Seabreeze Resort and Oceans West One Condominium in Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center, Whispering Woods Condominium in Port Orange, the Inlet Condominium, the Tradewinds Condominium and Ebb Tide Condominium in New Smyrna Beach.

Mr. Robert A Fitzpatrick is the senior engineer and is a professional engineer registered in the State of Florida and a state certified Threshold Building Inspector with more than 30 years of engineering and construction experience. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1972 with a Civil Engineering degree and earned a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management from Boston University in 1980. He is past President of the Florida Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute and is also affiliated with a number of other organizations, such as the Society of American Military engineers, The American Concrete Institute, The Florida Engineering Society, The American Society of Civil Engineering, and The National Society of Professional Engineers. His field of expertise is repair of concrete and methods to mitigate corrosion of embedded reinforced steel.
