Royal Floridian Resort, Ormond Beach, FL

Testing revealed severe structural steel corrosion, high chloride content, spall, cracked and disbanded stucco, and water intrusion.  As a result, balconies and walkways were completely removed and replaced with new concrete containing a corrosion-inhibiting admixture, while other areas were repaired with structural repair mortars. The resort also received an architectural aesthetic makeover new pool deck pavers and new concrete swimming pools.
